About Lauren Breese

Dr Lauren Breese is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience within specialist clinical services and corporate organisations, supporting neurodivergent people across the lifespan.

I have expertise in supporting parents of autistic and ADHD children, if you're also an ND parent (or wondering!)

I provide therapy and consultations to adults, and I am passionate about working alongside neurodivergent families to support them to thrive and improve their wellbeing.

I consult and train organisations and professionals to help them to authentically embrace neuroinclusivity within their workplace culture.

Background & Qualifications

BSc in Psychology (Newcastle University) Clinical Psychology Doctorate (DClinPsy) (Newcastle University) Graduate Cert in Systemic and Family Therapy (Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience). Additional training in: Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT),EMDR therapy. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Advanced Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT)
